Rise is seeking a long-term volunteer who would be interested in providing childcare for the children residing in our domestic violence shelter.  The care would be provided for 1-2 hour durations while their parents attend counseling and other appointments.  Some hours would be regular while other times would be on an as needed basis.  The care would be provided at our building during the hours of 8am-4pm.

The volunteer would be subject to a criminal background check and statewide central register check.  The ideal candidate would have experience working with children and an understanding of child trauma.
