Would you like to help improve the quality of life for residents living in long‐term care facilities? Long-term care volunteer Ombudsman's primary responsibilities are to Empower, Educate and Advocate for residents by protecting resident rights, honoring dignity, and ensuring respect of all residents. Ombudsmen are trained and certified volunteers who regularly visit assigned facilities so that residents may have the highest quality of life and care. Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Tioga Counties.
