Join the United Way of Broome County's annual installation of 2,977 flags, honoring those who lost their lives on 9/11. Each flag represents a life lost on 9/11. The meaningful exhibit is on display for the community with special ceremonies held on 9/11. The installation is broken down into two 3-hour shifts.
