Hello! We're seeking volunteers to assist the Binghamton Philharmonic with front-of-house duties for the following dates/times at the Broome County Forum Theatre:
- "Ode to Joy" on Sat., Mar. 28, 2026 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "One Vision - The Music of Queen" on Sat., May 2, 2026 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "Passionate Discovery" on Sat., Sept. 26, 2026 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "Haunted Hollywood" on Sat., Oct. 24, 2026 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "Simple Gifts, Sacred Praise" on Sat., Nov. 14, 2026 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "Winter Wonderland" on Sat., Dec. 12, 2026 from 1:45 to 3:30 p.m.
- "Classically Modern" on Sat., Feb. 13, 2027 from 1:45 to 3:30 p.m.
- "Maestro's Matinee: Favorite Soundtracks" on Sat., Mary. 13, 2027 from 1:45 to 3:30 p.m.
- "Verdant and Vibrant" on Sat., Apr. 10, 2027 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
- "Amazing '80s" on Sat., May 1, 2027 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
Duties include:
- Distributing tickets to patrons at our Will Call table
- Cordoning foot traffic of up to 1,500 patrons both outdoors and indoors
- Scanning tickets
Requirements include:
- Good communication and friendly interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Adherence to proper dress code & hygiene, specifically business casual or more
