Deep cleaning the kitchen including taking the dry storage shelves out, sanitizing and putting in mouse traps, and then putting everything back in airtight containers.
- Please keep everything on the shelves they currently are on (each section can be labelled ahead of time if that is easier). If containers are not labeled please label them with what the food item is, make sure the container is sealed, and place back on the shelf.
Clean and sanitize counters, sweep, mop, and inventory is anything needs fixing.
Breaking down any extra cardboard or bagging up plastic or aluminum bottles so I can have recycling picked up.
