What We Do

At Cornell Cooperative Extension Broome County, we work to strengthen our community through education, partnerships, and hands-on programming that supports local needs. Our efforts span five key priority areas: building a resilient agriculture and food system, protecting our environment and natural resources, empowering youth through 4-H development, promoting nutrition and healthy families, and fostering community and economic vitality. From school gardens and nutrition education to supporting local farmers and youth leadership, we are committed to improving quality of life across Broome County.
