Who We Are
Our mission is to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes to support the health and development of all individuals and families. Our vision is that all babies are born healthy and families are strengthened by a supportive community!
What We Do
To accomplish our goals we educate our communities, connect individuals and families to health and other services, advocate for system improvements, and partner with other agencies, government and providers to strengthen families.
Through our four core programs:
- Perinatal Services - working with pregnant and parenting families to provide support, advocacy and connection to services.
- Family Support - providing children under 5 and their caregivers with a safe place to connect, thrive, grow and play.
- Youth Services - providing evidence based education in middle & high school to help youth make informed choices.
- Health Insurance Programs - offering insurance navigation through the NYS marketplace and support for health insurance challenges.
