Post the Revenue & Expenditures including Payroll to the General Ledger for the month. Maintain the depreciations schedules for all fixed assets. Prepare a monthly Trial Balance Prepare the monthly Financial Statements i.e. Balance Sheet, Statement of Income, Statement in Changes in Financial Position, along with Foot notes.  Distribute Financial Statements to the full Board of Directors with a short discussion of the results at the monthly Board Meeting Attend all Board of Director’s meetings.

 

Quarterly:

Prepare Federal & State payroll withholdings and the corresponding disbursements. Review Board Minutes for additional information required to meet the Presidents/BOD’s needs

Annually:

Reconcile all accounts within the General Ledger and make any adjustments as needed. Prepare all Federal & State Tax Returns: Federal 990 and the State Char500 Prepare W-2’s Review all Insurance Policies and see that they are in force for the up-coming year. Annual payroll filings Prepare a year-ending Journal with all the detail and analysis for the Board of Directors.

The following is the monthly and annual duties to be performed:

Deposit boxers monthly fee and record the revenue in the journal 

(I usually I go to the bank on an average of 2 times a week)
