Assist activity staff with pushing wheel chairs in and out of the program, assisting with preparing food on plates for party, and interacting with residents in party setting 

Music program, entertainer will be live for the residents in the north 1 dining room. Need assistance with wheel chair transport to and from program, helping residents in dining room, socializing with them

To assist with residents who are unable to hear, and who want to attend large programs.

Resident's need assistance to and from programming (transport in wheel chairs), help with programming (example, Bingo). If resident has physical or cognitive impairment, volunteers can be used to help on a 1:1 basis to fulfill task. Volunteer can sit with resident to develop new friendships/companionship for residents who have minimal family. Volunteers can be needed to bring residents outdoors in nice weather, help with spiritual visits/social programming.

Visit with residents in our over 250 bed facility. Spend quality time with seniors of all ages, and cognitive levels. Provide companionship, visiting, reading stories/magazines, playing cards, bingo, any game of interest, listening to music, reminisce visits (discussion about past history/ current interests), making residents feel special.   

Volunteering in senior living community to provide entertainment for residents who enjoy music, dancing, gentle music, parties, calm sensory music.  Resident's enjoy listening to music during meal times. Experience with guitar, piano, singing, just entertaining and making others happy.

Helping transport residents to and from bingo, (or other programming such as Whammo, Pokeno),  music programming, seasonal programming for special holidays, outside visits, exercise groups,games)
