We invite volunteers to support our community meal every Saturday at Binghamton's First Congregational Church. Volunteers are welcome between 11:00am and 4:00pm to help with food preparation, set up, serving meals, washing dishes and clean up.

Volunteer: Hygiene Donation Drop Off

NoMa invites community members to donate hygiene supplies and run supply drives.

We request that you do NOT put together bags with multiple items. This helps ensure donations are not wasted, and allows community members to only take what they need.

Items accepted: (must be new / unused)

bar soap deodoranttoothpastetoothbrushes towels/washcloths toilet paper facial tissue menstrual products: pads, tampons, cups shampoo, conditioner body lotion lip balm laundry detergent socks gloves new underwear

Volunteers are needed to support NoMa's clothing closet and hygiene pantry! We invite you to visit 30 Main St Mondays from 11am to 2pm. Duties include:

set up: place clothing racks in hall, assemble extra bags sort clothing & hygiene donations (trash dirty or damaged goods) - hang clean clothing donations / shelf hygiene items organize clothes on racks according to gender/style/size assist in tallying headcount of community participants help participants into the building, as needed tear down: clean up any messes, move clothing racks back into storage
