Needs From: United Way of Broome County

For this project we are making sure all craft items (excluding the fish tank full of beads) are in containers with matching lids, getting rid of unusable items, and moving items to another side cabin. The items should have enough product to last a group of 20 or so kids in an activity if that makes sense. Please label and move the items to one cabin attached to Pat's Crafts as we need to remove everything from the main building to replace the flooring. This way our maintenance team can have assistance moving cabinets and shelves. 

The Acorn trail is a popular trail stretching across our property that allows you to truly be immersed in nature and enjoy the scenery. The trail needs to be cleared of any sticks, overgrowth, or trash in the path. This can either be pulling things by hand, using shears, or rolling off the trail. Fletcher (Mostly back loading dock and the side of the building facing the lake) needs all of the vines from the walls, roof, and dock removed. They should be able to be pulled off easily, but trimming shears are available. 

Deep cleaning all of the units and buildings to make sure they are safe, sealed, and ready to be winterized when we get to that point. This includes sanitizing, dusting, cleaning out the fridge/freezer, putting items into sealed containers to make them mouse proof, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and the dining room/lobby from the summer. This will be between 4 different units on camp. 2 of the buildings are wheelchair accessible, and 2 of the units are not.

Deep cleaning the kitchen including taking the dry storage shelves out, sanitizing and putting in mouse traps, and then putting everything back in airtight containers.
