Project Leads are the heart of A Room to Heal’s room transformations. In this volunteer leadership role, Project Leads meet with the child and family to understand their needs, design a healing and personalized space, and coordinate the room plan from start to finish. They guide and motivate volunteers on build day, ensuring the project runs smoothly while creating a joyful, supportive experience for the family. This role is ideal for organized, creative individuals who enjoy hands-on leadership and making a meaningful impact in a child’s life.
