Volunteer - Video Game Cataloging & GardeningVideo Game Cataloging Review and test TechWorks! collection of vintage video games from1980s – 2000 for visitors to play on original game hardware. Classify games as for multiple vs single players and as suitable for teens and families. Write up instructions for game play and winning strategies for games on team’s Favorites List. Teams with at least one gamer from the 1990s will get more accomplished and have more fun Gardening The TechWorks! building exterior needs a little TLC: trimming, weeding, and planting. Work clothes and shoes, aka “grubbies” plus hats and sunscreen recommended. TechWorks! will provide work gloves and nylon pullovers, plus hand tools, rakes, shovels, pruning tools, and yard waste bags for City pickup. Volunteer: Retro Techno Bistro Host!TechWorks! is looking to restart our Retro Techno Bistro! These events will be held Thursday nights from 5-8pm. The Retro Techno Bistro will be a meet & greet / open house where folks can have wine, beer and peanuts/snacks, and learn about the TechWorks! museum, network with others, and try out the technology! We are seeking a volunteer to host the Retro Techno Bistro (like hosting a dinner party, but without having to cook!) and procure the drinks and snacks.
